In progress
New core and engine
Moving the game to a new Rust core and its own engine: the same rules on the server and for the player, more warriors in battle and better graphics.

In progress
Models and animations
New models of warriors, armour, weapons and horses, hundreds of combat and everyday animations, soft fabrics and mounted troops on the new WebGPU engine.
-

Servers for local battles
Every battle is simulated on the server and the game only shows it: fair fights without cheats and thousands of warriors on one field.

-
Planned
Economy and caravans
Resources, production chains, markets, money and caravans along the roads.

-
Planned
New trailer and closed playtest
A new trailer with improved graphics and models, and the first closed playtest for subscribers.
Later
-
Planned
Public alpha
Opening the world to everyone: first seasons, balance from real play, and feedback from the community.
